Lance Keene has been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 14 years. For more than a decade, Lance has been affiliated with 24hr Fitness where the extent of his experience and training ranged from Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Club Manger, Regional Director of Fitness, to Country Fitness Manager of Taiwan and is currently working with Lifetime Fitness. Prior to this involvement, he served in the US Marine Corps Infantry as a Rifleman.  As a CPT thru NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine, www.NASM.org ), a Fitness Professional under The Apex Fitness Group ( www.ApexFitness.com ), and a Licensed BodyBugg Practioner with BodyBugg ( www.BodyBugg.com ), Lance enjoys taking his knowledge and offers it as a consultant for The West Coast Youth Baseball Camps (www.westcoastbaseballcamps.com )  as the Strength and Conditioning coach, and is also a Fitness Trainer for Life Time Fitness ( www.LifeTimeFitness.com ), has Wrestled since the age of ten, and has a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Charlie Kohler and the San Diego Fight Club ( www.SDFightClub.com ).
